Here at MGR we can provide you with a range of Handyman services, please see below a list of the services we can provide to our customers as well as the guide prices for each service.
For the following small services ( Picture hanging / Mirror hanging / Cabinet installs, we are sorry to say will can only do single item install within 5 miles from Hollington, St Leonards on Sea, but will do further distance if requesting 5 or more items to be installed, for this the following discounts will be applied.
5 -10 item install = 5% discount
10 -15 item install = 10% discount
15 - 20 items = 15% discount
20+ items = 25% discount
Hanging Pictures
Picture hanging is priced per picture + size ( in inches )
up to 10 x 16 = £20
12 x 20 = £25
16 x 26 = £30
20 x 36 = £35
Hanging Mirrors
Mirror hanging is priced per mirror + size ( in inches )
up to 18 x 34 = £40
22 x 42 = £45
26 x 44 = £50
Hanging Cabinets
Cabinet hanging is priced per unit + size
units up to 15 x 25 = £35
25 x 35 = £40
28 x 40 = £45
Repair Work
Prices are on request as additional information will be needed to price each repair.

Tiling
Prices for tiling work are on request as we will need additional information, if we feel it is needed we will arrange with you to visit your property to view your request and discuss it with you in person.

Prices are done on a price per item to be assembled.

medium items = £60
larger items = £70
XL items = £80 upwards
