Door Lining & Internal Door Replacement
At MGR We are able to offer the following installation options for this services, these prices include new hinges but not the door or door furniture.

These prices are for install only not the supply of the product if we are required to source and purchase the doors for you there will be additional cost for this service
Boxing in Pipework etc.
We can do all sorts of boxing in for our customers not just pipework covers, we can even design a decorative coved bulkhead around your rooms ceiling, we can also install low voltage led up lighting creating the right sort of ambiance in your living space for you.

Skirting and Architrave
We charge £30 upwards per linear metre for skirting boards and £20 upwards per linear metre for architraves please contact us if this is a services you would like us to supply to you, we will need the measurements for each room we are fitting it in to be able to give you a more accurate cost.
We can also remove old skirting boards & architraves for an additional cost.

Stairs and Banister
replacement or repair
Have you purchased a banister setup or stair setup from a company and want someone to install it for you then we can help, contact us and we would be happy to do a site survey to check what you have purchased is correct for your property.
We would charge this at our day rate of £200 upwards per working day depending on distance to your property.
Kitchen Cupboard / Worktop Installation
Have you purchased a DIY kitchen from a DIY store or company and want someone to install it for you then we can help, we can install the cupboards, trims, sink and more for you.
We would charge this at our day rate of £200 upwards per working day depending on distance to your property.
Partition / Stud Wall Installation
Do you need to section off a room to create different living areas like on office space or a child's play area.
Then we can help get in contact for a quotation, as we can do everything from the framework to the dry lining / plaster boarding
Sorry we at MGR do not offer a plastering service at this time this will be a trade the customer will need to source after we have completed our works.
Loft Boarding
We would need to do a site survey to view your loft area and measure up and check certain aspects in your loft before we give a quotation on loft boarding.
As a guide we would normally charge £80 per metre squared,
In some cases there are additional costs involved, as when boarding out a loft area you should always bring the insulation R-values up to government building regs which means it must be a minimum thickness of 270mm
Flooring
We can remove and fit new flooring in your home.
We do prefer the customer to source the flooring they would like fitted themselves and then we would charge the work done by MGR at our normal day rate of £200 upwards per working day depending on distance to your property.
Wall Panelling
The idea of a nice panelled wall to create a feature in anyone's living space is something many people love the idea of, why not let us fit wall panelling for you.
If you would like us to install panels you have already purchased from a supplier or would like us to create a unique panelling setup for you then get in contact for a tailored quotation.
